Information needed to register:
*Birth Certificate (certified copy-
*Physical and Immunization Record
*3 Proofs of residence (i.e electric bill/water bill with name and address)
*Social Security Card (not required but helpful)
*Custody papers if child is not living with both biological parents, or if a child
lives with only one parent-
Students will NOT BE ALLOWED TO ATTEND KINDERGARTEN until the above items are received.
The school office will be open on Friday, August 5th from 9-

Breakfast & Lunch Charges
The end of school is fast approaching we are trying to collect all breakfast and lunch charges.
Breakfast & Lunch Charges are to be paid in full by May 1, 2011.
